If you require urgent assistance for pain relief, we can come to assist you in providing physio services at short notice, day or night, at home or at work.
If you have recurring back or neck pain from sitting at your desk all day, it is far better to get us involved in your treatment now when pain is not acute, rather than when you are unable to move because the pain has become unbearable.
